The work on this product was done well. I am happy with it. Anchors and screws are included but given the weight with guitar I can't imagine they would hold in the drywall very long, especially with removing and replacing the guitar. Finding studs in the exact spot needed is unlikely but important. I found two studs and created an alternate way to anchor so it is supported by the studs and not drywall.
